Get in touch with us and we’ll transcribe the video into text regardless of the language of the recording. We collaborate with experienced transcriptionists who are native speakers of the language spoken in the video.
Please note in your request if you only need to transcribe spoken text or if the texts that shown in the video also need to be transcribed. We’ll then take your request and complete a quotation that will contain the unit price per standard page of transcription and our estimate of the final scope of the text. While the speed at which individuals speak in different languages differs, around 0.45 standard pages per minute of speech is the average amount.

To achieve the best possible outcome, it helps us tremendously if you provide us with the following information:
- please note if you only need to transcribe spoken text or if the texts that are displayed in the video also need to be transcribed;
- please note if you are interested in subtitles.
Other information we need to complete the price quotation:
- desired completion date;
- your contact details for any additional questions (especially a phone number) and
- complete invoicing details (full permanent address is sufficient for individuals).
After receiving your request, we’ll complete a quotation, send it to you by email, and, if you agree and confirm the order, we’ll consider the order binding and begin working on the transcription.
